Can I cancel or change an order?

To cancel or change an order, you must first check the status of your order to see if this is possible. To check the status of your order, please log into Your Spreadshirt .

  • If your order is labeled “in production”, you will not be able to make changes to your order.
  • If it is marked as “wait” or as “new”, and it is between the times of 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET Monday - Friday, you will be able to cancel or change your order by calling our customer service department at 1-800-381-0815 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              1-800-381-0815      end_of_the_skype_highlighting.
  • If it is outside of normal business hours, then you must cancel your existing order and place a new one with the correct information. To do this, log into Your Spreadshirt and click the red "Cancel" button. If you do not do this, your order will automatically begin production the following morning.

Please note that once an order begins production, you can no longer make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment of your order.

Important: it is best to call us or cancel your order to make changes , as e-mails are answered during regular business hours in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your e-mail is processed and your changes would not be able to be made.

Can I exchange or return purchased products?

TshirtsShirts.com Fair Return Policy

Every product ordered at Spreadshirt is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away.

Promise:

  • If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
  • If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.

Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.

How fast will my order be processed and when will it be delivered?

95% of all orders leave us within 48 business hours of receiving the order and payment.

Prerequisites for speedy delivery:

  • Payment in full to our account
  • Complete shipping and billing addresses
  • No problems with the design or product

Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two business days to ship. The shipping times below represent how long delivery will take once it leaves our production facilities.

3 Day Select and Next Day Air Saver cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a P.O. Box or an APO address for these shipping options, we will ship your order via our Standard shipping option.
